Welcome to Mark In The Park — a podcast about life, not just Parkinson’s. Hosted by Mark Milow, aka MarkInThePark21, this is a space where honesty meets optimism, and everyday moments matter just as much as the big ones.

Today’s guest for my premier episode is my friend Ruby Rendon.  Ruby is a Parkinson’s advocate, caregiver, member of the World Parkinson’s Congress (WPC) committee and works daily to assist people at the Mohammad Ali Parkinson’s Center.  In Today’s episode, we will give you a show overview and Ruby will discuss life as a PD Caregiver and also talk briefly about the WPC!

If you would like more information on the Muhammad Ali Parkinson center or to reach Ruby directly you can contact her at ruby.rendon@commonspirit.org

For more information on the World Parkinson’s Congress coming up in 2026, here is the website: https://wpc2026.org/

The WPC 2026 will take place Sunday, May 24 – Wednesday, May 27, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
