Rethinking Aging – A Conversation with Larry Bonistalli from Stanford Longevity Initiative I recently had the opportunity to speak with Larry from the Stanford Longevity Initiative about a topic that is becoming increasingly important: aging. Larry and his team have developed an innovative vision, showing how a long life can be embraced as an opportunity through a holistic approach that combines education, health, social integration, and lifelong learning. The "New Map of Life"—a groundbreaking life plan with 10 guiding principles—promotes healthy life phases, investment in education and technology, community-building, and flexible work models. I was especially inspired by the focus on lifelong learning and the potential it creates for older generations within companies. Aging is not a disadvantage but a resource and a phase of growth. The Stanford Center shows us that with targeted investments in education and health, and by creating work models that are flexible and inclusive, people of all ages can make valuable contributions. How can we, as a society, activate the potential of our aging population? #stanford #StanfordLongevity #BusinessClass50+ #BestAger #Longevity #NewMapOfLife #LifelongLearning #DemographicShift #FutureOfWork
