🍪 Scottish Shortbread Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter (softened)
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour (sifted)
Instructions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Sift in flour and mix until just combined.
Press dough into a 10x10 pan lined with parchment paper.
Poke holes with a fork and sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake at 325°F for 25–35 minutes, until golden brown on the edges.
You’ll Need: Cocktail shaker
Ingredients:
7–8 ice cubes
2 shots vodka
1 shot Kahlua
1 shot Baileys
1 shot pumpkin spice syrup
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake 7–8 times and pour into a martini glass.
Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy!
