Reserve remaining cheese for topping.Meat Sauce:1 lb spicy sausage1 lb lean ground beef1 large onion (chopped)4–6 cloves garlic (minced)2 cans San Marzano whole tomatoes1 can San Marzano diced tomatoes3 tbsp tomato paste½ cup noodle waterFresh basil2 tbsp olive oil👩🍳 Cook meats, onion, and garlic in olive oil.
