
In today’s episode, I reflect on Day 6 of my journey to wake up a little earlier each day. This morning didn’t go as planned—my alarm went off at 5 AM, but my Oura Ring sleep stats showed a low score, and I could feel the exhaustion. Instead of pushing through, I decided to prioritize my rest and naturally woke up at 6:47 AM. Even though waking up earlier is my goal, I talk about why sleep is always my top priority and how I balance rest with productivity. It ended up being a slow and productive Sunday, but this day was a reminder that rest is key to making progress.
