Hey, I’m Michelle. An empty-nester, grandma, and Jesus lover. I know firsthand what it feels like to wrestle with self-doubt and the inner critic during midlife. It’s like being caught in a storm where your mind, body, and spirit are all in flux. I tried every beauty trick in the book, hoping to feel better, but the mirror kept reflecting my fears: ’Am I still beautiful? Do I still have a purpose?’
Then one day, I had a breakthrough. If I’m created in the image of Christ, how could I ever see myself as anything less than worthy and beautiful? Those negative thoughts were lies, diminishing the incredible woman God designed me to be. The truth is, our bodies and lives change, and so should our self-care routines. I’m here to help you embrace this new chapter with grace and confidence.
