Phewww it’s been a big year, I’m excited to share this episode and some of the things that I have been navigating this year.

In this episode I mainly dive into my recovery in love addiction over the past year, the grounding it has given me, the awakenings and realisations I have had as a result.

I share how I ended up going to recovery in the first place and where the imbalances were in my life which led me to experiencing dating and relating in a certain way.

I also share about my brand new program In Trust, a 7 week group program to help you find healing, peace, joy and love from within.

A self love journey, with the focus on strengething your connection to yourself and your higher power, so you can know when to surrender and know when to take the aligned action.

So you open up more to the holding and support that is always around you, so you go through life with a knowing that you have got this.
