This one is for the single ones of you out there, the ones who may struggle with being single and are ready to take back your power whilst being single so you can create a fulfilled life for yourself, by yourself, with yourself and feel content.

I share lots about my own journey with single hood and celibacy and why it's been so huge in terms of my growth but also how I went from being single, desperate for love, desperate to meet someone to living a full up life, content with everything I have, creating a life that feels so aligned and inspired, knowing my own worth and never settling for less.

I also dive into 'doing the work' and how single hood is the perfect opportunity to dive into your patterns and your behaviours so you can bring awareness into your next relationship, so you can take full ownership of your own 'stuff' so that when someone does come into your life you can be consciously aware of this.
