There is SO much information on fitness and nutrition out there - and I get it - did we really need ANOTHER guy making a podcast? I hear ya. But here's the thing - most of the fitness/nutrition information out there is just noise. The average person who wants to get in shape doesn't need more noise - they need clarity. They need it to be easier. They need a lower barrier to entry. And that's what this podcast is - an attempt to lower the barrier to fitness.

In this episode, we talk about movement optimism, back pain myths, and “risk vs. reward.” We also cover pain management, rehab confidence, injury recovery, and more.
