Catherine Wreford - a mom, winner of the Amazing Race Canada season 8, Broadway dancer, former nurse, and terminal brain cancer fighter joins me today to share her story of overcoming and healing from diet culture, hustle culture and settling for less than she deserves in life.

I invited Catherine onto the show after seeing a post she made about having food freedom over the holidays. The biggest message she shares in this episode is "just do it". Make the changes you want to make BEFORE your back is up against the wall. Don't take one single moment for granted. Don't let others take you for granted.
