Welcome back! It's been a while. On this episode I express how perfectionism and unrealistic expectations can hinder your journey more than it helps. Life is all about trusting & loving the process of becoming. We can't continue to allow the illusion of perfect to be what keeps us stagnant or living fearfully. Stay faithful. Learn to love where you are planted.
Why you blaming everybody else for how YOU feel and react to things? On this episode I express how I feel about how sometimes we play victim when we are actually our own villain. Placing your triggers and feelings in the hands of other people can be too upsetting. Time to be accountable and take responsibility for our own emotions. The person we usually need to check is ourself.
Welcome Back! It's been a while & I'm so proud of me for taking this small step. On this episode I go a little bit into my absence and why I have not been creating. The main topic is the need to choose what side of life you desire to be on. We discuss how being stuck in transition from old to new will keep you stagnant, not going anywhere you desire to be. Old you or new you? Because you can't be both!
On this episode I catch everyone up about how my life has been going and where I am on my personal development journey. Also, I talk about how setbacks do not always have to be a negative thing. Sometimes taking a few steps backwards help you see what you may have missed the first time around! It's up to you to come back harder, stronger, and wiser than you were before.
If everyone is disposable and replaceable to you then what do you consider yourself? On this episode I talk about how unfortunate it is to not have the capacity to decipher who is not worth fumbling. Everybody can't be replaced! In current society good, solid people are hard to come by so when you get them you better know who you f**ckin' with and act accordingly.
Do you ever just question WHO AM I, REALLY? If stripped of all the labels and obligations, do I know myself? On this episode it got so touchy and personal for me. I go into deep detail about my personal life and how I am figuring out who I truly am. I discuss how being a young mother and wife have affected me in me becoming my true self. We have to learn to love the journey and care less about the results expected in the end. Is there really ever an end anyway?
Whew! I was speaking to myself so heavily on this one! In this episode we discuss how more people should take accountability when it comes to dating and being let down in relationships & situationships. At the end of the day, the only person who can truly betray you is yourself. No more playing victim to love, if you going to be mad, there's only one person to be mad at...
Just because you mad, doesn't mean I have to be! On this episode I am discussing how I have been being tested by other people's negative energy and holding myself back from stooping to places I do not want to go. I go into detail about learning to leave people where they are, even the ones I love most. Nobody had the power to knock you off your pivot unless you give it to them.
With so much changing in life over short periods of time, of course your frequency & moods are constantly changing as well. On this episode I dive into where I am on my journey and how I am getting adjusted to everything. Sending out a reminder to be kind and patient with yourself throughout discovery!
Its been a rough week for me! Which we all have them sometimes and that's okay! On this episode I discuss where I have been with myself personally and how I am not to allowing mistakes and slip ups to discourage me from becoming a better me. I give tips on how to pull yourself back up when you feel like you're taking a few steps back. We are all human beings, things will happen. How you move forward is what defines you!
"Its not what they call you. It's what you answer to!" On this episode I get very personal about me carrying the labels people have placed on me and how it has affected me being able to love and accept myself properly. I discuss the importance of being able to validate yourself and stop allowing others to define you. This is your story; you can add a plot twist, rip out a page, or start a new chapter whenever you feel the need to. Nobody has the right to decide for you. So BE YOU, stay true to YOU, and do YOU. 💕
You ever have someone always bringing you some bad news or trouble when you didn't ask for it? I mean just volunteering themselves to be the bad news bearer? I think we all have! On this episode we discuss the mental and emotional effects that these people bring over our lives and how to better deal with them. We will go into how important it is to set boundaries when engaging in conversations in order to protect your inner peace.
On this episode I express my feelings about people treating other people how they really feel about themselves. I discuss how we give people too much credit for how WE feel when a lot of their actions don't even have anything to do with us. It's never personal. Also I go over how when we take care of ourselves best, we can then take care of others better. 💕
In this episode I am expressing my personal viewpoint of what a friend is and what I think should be required to be considered a true friend. I dig into what phase I'm currently in in my life and how it has affected my friendships and the people I allow into my space. I give a little bit of background on lessons I've learned from dealing with the wrong people and how that has shaped my views on friendships.
On this episode, I am introducing myself and my intentions of creating this podcast. I am giving listeners an introduction into my personal journals and what the focus of the show will be. I am allowing the world into my journey of personal development; Spiritually, mentally, & emotionally.
