Resilient by Design: Lizbeth Meredith on Trauma, Truth & the Power of Starting Over

What if trauma wasn’t your whole story—but the spark that helped you reclaim it?

In this intimate episode, author, speaker, and justice advocate Lizbeth Meredith joins us to explore how we can find joy, connection, and purpose after devastating life events. From surviving domestic violence and parental kidnapping to solo travel across six continents, Lizbeth shares what it really takes to build a life of meaning—on your own terms.

With raw honesty and deep compassion, Lizbeth reflects on the power of knowing yourself, the importance of community support, and how even the most painful chapters can be rewritten with courage and clarity.

Whether you're healing from family estrangement, navigating emotional abuse, or simply asking, “Is it too late to start over?”—this episode is your roadmap back to resilience.
