This week we virtually sat down with Aussie filmmakers Danielo Barcelli and Sarah Leiker to discuss their upcoming in-production fan film, 'Gotham Noir'! We also talk about their previous work, their experiences and of course advice for filmmakers.
What if Batman was set in the early 1900s and was filled with horror and action? This is exactly what Gotham Noir is about.
The film follows Batman (played by Bruno Attanasio) as he hunts down a deranged serial killer known as “The Pyg,” who preys on low-income women in Gotham’s poorest district, The Narrows. Newly appointed Commissioner James Gordon (played by Kourosh Karimian) faces challenges from corrupt colleagues who refuse to take the murders seriously.
Together with Catwoman (played by Rose Lonergan), Batman and Gordon race against time to stop the killer and uncover deeper conspiracies.
