Throughout the movie the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future show up and help Scrooge become a better man. The same can be implemented when talking to an agent and explaining why working with you is the best option. Bring up the past (a bad experience working with others/bad transaction), make them adjust the present (help fix their current situation), and last give them the ease of mind for the future (how easy it could be working with you).
