What is it mean to keep it real? If it is strictly telling the truth then most people do not keep it real. For the longest time I didn't keep it real even with myself, and I find that most don't. I'm going to speak a little on my truth in attempt to help others face their own, because you have to be truthful with yourself if no one else. 

Finding new habits are more difficult then some can imagine, but the bottom line is we need to find some new ones. I still to this day have a trouble overcoming some bad habits, but I do understand the importance of bringing them to a halt. Setting your mind on some habits that you want to get into may help get rid of the old ones.

We all heard it before, "If you don't stand for something you'll fall for anything." The thing is, how many of us know what true value is? How can one put value into something like virtue if violence and sex are the prevailing images we accept as profitable or exploitable. What is Value? What seems to be more valued in this day and age? 

I've mentioned how our differences have been but need not to be the cause of any conflict, but there are other things that can also use some attention within the same light of exposure. Some but not many people have spoken out about it before, but I think traffic is a perfect example of where you can see it and how it would take little effort to apply some meaningful differences.

An old friend of mind suggested I speak a little about regret, and I think it ties in with "the premise" of LLP. 

Within our individual lives and our collective lives change is ultimately necessary for the betterment and continuation of our species. But, what does it take to accomplish such things?

On my journey through understanding purpose I see many things that are sought after by all of us that just doesn't align with what seems to be our purpose. In continuation of the idea behind LLP, I will be talking about some things that seem to do more harm than good that have started to become habit within our behavior or at least more repetitive in present day.

No mater who you are in this world acting out based on emotion will not get you far. There are many forms of this message before me so I would just like to add to the idea of controlling your emotions.  

They say experience is the best teacher. Well if that's the case, here are some suggested ways to make the best out of you interpersonal relationships and possibly avoiding more of those negative experiences.
