Last episode we covered some of the foundations of how we approach worship. We continued our conversation with Jamie and honed in on a more niche type of worship. If you've paid attention to the Christian musical worship movement over the last few years, you've probably noticed the emphasis on spontaneous moments. Often worship leaders will encourage congregations to "sing your own song to the Lord!"

While Jamie is clear that not all spontaneous worship is prophetic worship, he brought in an incredible biblical/historical lens that can help us understand the heart behind it. How can we truly behold and respond to God as he reveals himself in worshipful moments?
