Her undergraduate degree was in TV and Video Storytelling-- a fancy term for broadcast journalism-- with a minor in Spanish. The sound in our small talk at the beginning of this podcast did not turn out like it normally does. We had an unexpected technical issue. Be assured that the sound is great during our conversation with Olivia. Thank you for listening.
Olivia Bamburg is a senior at the University of Mississippi. She is 22 years old and originally from Bossier City. She is currently studying Public Policy leadership with a minor in psychology. She hopes to move to Washington, D.C., and work on Capitol Hill.
She has been a follower of Jesus since she was young & has been so blessed to have grown up in a family that has taught her about the gospel from a young age. However, it wasn’t until college that she truly began to focus on her personal relationship with Jesus.
Tonya Prewett is the founder and visionary of UniteUS - a movement of college students united to lift the name of Jesus with a mission to see students experience salvation, find freedom, and make connections that can help them build and sustain their faith.
The vision for Unite started when Tonya was mentoring college students battling unimaginable pain and anxiety. She felt a need to begin leading prayer on Auburn University’s campus, which led to a vision of thousands of students gathered in an arena worshiping together.
On September 12, 2023, that vision was realized as thousands of students gathered to worship at Neville Arena for Unite Auburn. Following the event, Tonya felt God say that this movement will spread quickly. Unite Auburn. Unite other college campuses. Unite the nation.
Since Unite Auburn, Unite has seen over 69,000 college students gather across eleven universities. Through these gatherings, thousands of students have made decisions to follow Jesus and celebrate their new commitment to Him through water baptism. In a nation that suffers from so much darkness, division, and mental health issues, Unite seeks to bring unity and hope to this generation. Tonya has been married to, Chad Prewett, Auburn University Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach, for over 30 years. She has three daughters, Madison, a finalist on Season 24 of ABC’s The Bachelor as well as a published author, podcast host, and speaker, Mallory, a wedding event planner and graduate of Auburn University, and Mary Mykal, a student at Samford University.
Tonya has a deep passion for college students and leads a small group of college girls at Auburn University. Both Chad and Tonya attend Church of the Highlands in Auburn, Alabama where they serve in a variety of roles. They love family, church community, and basketball.

I am a teacher at Claiborne Christian School, a private, Christian K4-12th grade school in West Monroe, LA; I have taught there for 17 years, and I absolutely love it! I teach Bible and I coordinate our Middle & High School chapels.I am passionate about family, parenting, and helping develop a Biblical Worldview about everything in culture. A few years ago, several parents began reaching out and asking questions, asking for guidance about how to navigate the teenage years on a variety of topics. As I was praying about how to help these parents I heard God say "Equip the Parents". From those conversations, Parents Need to Know was birthed! Dorothy Gates Bio: I am the wife of Lee Gates, a homeschooling mom to my 11 year old, spit-fire, Arlee, a ministry leader, author, speaker, but most importantly a child of the king.
I grew up in an incredible Christian home, and was saved in 1997. Although I began my journey with God then, I didn’t begin a deep intimate relationship with him until 2015. I read the study Experiencing God and it turned my world upside down. I soon began my Yes Journey with God and it led to writing my first book, P.I.N.K. = People In Need of Kindness. Since that time I have been on an exciting adventure with God and have become passionate in saying Yes to Him. My desire is to say YES to Him everyday and to encourage others to say Yes to Him.
An interesting fact about me is that my dad is a retired pastor from Illinois, my brother is a pastor in Florida, my sister is married to a pastor in Ohio, and my husband surrendered to preach in 2020.
Katrina is a Believer, wife, mom, singer/songwriter, photographer, and community banker.

Ben knew that he wanted to be that kind of doctor, one who took care of the entire family from cradle to grave. He wanted to work with the whole body and the whole family. But then it happened….the divine appointment that would change the course of his life and the life of his patients in a dramatic way. It was time for him to move on to what the Lord designed him to be, a physician who believes that our body is designed perfectly and knows how to heal itself if given the opportunity. Now he sees that all we have to do is to find out what our bodies are missing that the Lord intended them to have, and what harmful things we are being exposed to that shouldn’t be there. Replace what’s missing and remove what is harmful. That’s it. Then sit back and watch the “miracle cure” that is waiting inside of you manifest.
