Just wrapped Season 5 and it was amazing!  We featured some amazing women and we celebrated them as we learned from them.  We hope that you enjoyed it and that you learned something new.  As we head into the summer months, Kasey and I plan to enjoy family time but also create for next season.  We want you to enjoy the summer and catch up on past episodes that you may have missed.  Until then, we love you and can't wait till next season!

1. You don’t believe in yourself. Where is your faith?

2. You aren’t doing the work. Prayer alone doesn’t work.

Practical Applications

1. Build out a plan….it may not be solid at first cause plans change but you have to have the road map to begin the journey.
2. Get an accountability partner….someone you trust to keep you on track and is just as excited to see your dreams become a reality.  Someone that will celebrate you and your wins.  Someone that’s not intimidated by your glowup.
3. Do work on those goals daily to see them manifest.

Let's talk about creating your vision!

Practical applications:

-Commit some time for yourself every day.

-During your YOU time, write down your positive thoughts about what you see and want for yourself.

-Write down or record the things that affirm you so that you can play them or see them daily.

-Journal your plans as if it's already so.  Say it, read it, listen to it, believe it, claim it already done.

-Practice this daily and create a checklist and check off accomplishments as you go.
