In today's episode with my guest, we discuss a topic that is pretty close to my heart which is embracing our unique essence. My guest today is an incredible woman who is supporting visionary Women of Color to remember their soul mission and find the courage to pursue it, so that they can increase their abundance and social impact. My guest today is Elyse Preston!
Elyse is a Soulful Business Mentor and Healing Guide. Her work operates at the intersection of leadership, spirituality, community building and entrepreneurship. Her mission is to support leaders, changemakers and visionary entrepreneurs to experience deep healing and support, so that they can cultivate communities, services, and experiences that center radical healing and liberation. She uses the modalities of yoga, mindfulness, human design, and conscious business to support clients in seeking their purpose, creating community, and living more connected lives.
In our conversation today we talk about her own journey with healing, some of her childhood memories and when she first knew that something was different about her. We dive into understanding Human Design and the freedom that comes with finally realizing how unique you are and that you do not have to fit the mold of your conditioning, society's expectations, this is a system that has been helping me a lot in my own journey with self and lastly we talk about entrepreneurship.
This is my conversation with Elyse Preston.
