This podcast is focused on the struggle we humans have when it comes to being ourselves. Often we feel pressured by society, by others & even by ourselves to be somebody else while if we just lean into our own light, our authentic selves is where we are happiest. I was inspired to put this piece together after listening to Adele’s Song ‘I drink wine’ ….Definitely worth having a listen to this song before or after you listen to this podcast…you will feel what I feel….Also I write twice weekly on livingandlaughingwithlou.substack.com.
