I met AnnaLysa Litton a few years ago when she joined a mastermind group I was in. As we mention, we were both pretty broken from relationships that had ended.

I entered this episode with a biased belief that ADHD is not really a disorder - and is more likely to be an excuse for parents to disengage from their children. With great patience, knowledge, and experience, my guest for episode 85 — Holly Seerley, MFT — educated me on the realities and challenges of this neurological disorder, ADHD.

Season 10 opens with a second guesting with Jacob Ben-Shmuel. Maybe this should really be referred to as 1 and a half episodes? Our initial recording lost the first 20 minutes. We both believed the content was good enough to go with, so we tagged it on the end of this complete episode… complete episode? I don't know what I am saying anymore.

And I was definitely out of my comfort areas with this conversation with Jacob. We got into sexuality; and the fluid elements of sex.

I remain deeply grateful for Jacob's willingness to delve deeply and openly into this realm, that can be quite touchy.

And that's my last innuendo. I believe this is a very strong start for season ten.

Season 9 ends with a wonderful episode. My guest is Reverend Connie Habash, author of the book, Awakening From Anxiety: A Spiritual Guide to Anxiety Relief.

We have been attempting to meet for an episode for quite a while. I was originally drawn to meet her due to her connection with nature.

However, this episode opened me to the wealth of energy and knowledge that is Connie. Being in her presence was amazing - I am really glad "the stars aligned".

In her words: "My life is a committed journey to spiritual growth, authenticity, and learning to live the qualities of love, truth, service, and peace. It is my mission to serve by supporting others in their personal and spiritual transformation."
