I choose to solve my own problems..#work from home.
Since March 2020 till date( it may probably extend) people having a job are compelled to work from home. Though there are advantages, continuously working from home has caused stress. Mainly: there are no distinct boundaries and caring for young children has a toll on working men and women. Keep a separate place of work.. finish the house hold chores , cooking etc before you start the work. Engage children in some activities. Friends, change is the only constant thing. Be positive, this too will pass.
