It takes a village to raise a child. But who are those villagers? What do they do? What qualifications do they have? Do they have an impact? Are they just playing with babies all day? In her podcast, Barbara Lax, the founder of the Little Green House childcare centres, and her guests debunk common clichés. Learn about the joys and challenges of the job, surprising paths of life, the importance of quality early childcare, and how to make the world a better place. Learn and laugh about a workplace where the “client” is just a little bit more unpredictable than most.
