Song Description: A Treasure of Sweet Sounds
This song, recorded when my son was only seven, is a precious gem from a collection of recordings capturing the vibrant spirit of my children at every stage of their lives. Sung with the pure, unfiltered joy of childhood, its sweet sounds—woven with playful gibberish syllables in a musical pattern—resonate with innocence and boundless creativity. Preserved over decades, from analogue tapes to digital archives, these recordings are treasures of my soul, each note a testament to the love and wonder of their upbringing.
As my son celebrates his 20th birthday on September 1, 2025, I revisit this recording, and it brings tears of joy and a pang of astonishment. His voice, brimming with the promise of endless possibilities, recalls a childhood filled with imagination. Yet, it also carries a bittersweet weight as I reflect on how the world—our chaotic lives, their schooling, and environments—may not have always provided the support they deserved. This song serves as a reminder of my accountability for their present and future, urging me to nurture the brilliance they still carry from those early, miraculous days.

A teacher byprofession, Ranjana’s sweet, nuanced voice blends lived experiences with afresh, modern subtlety that resonates with Gen Z from Bundelkhand, spanningparts of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh (including Banda, Hamirpur, Jalaun,Jhansi, Lalitpur, Chitrakoot, Mahoba, Datia, Chhatarpur, Panna, Tikamgarh,Sagar, Damoh, and Niwari districts). Currently residing in Rewa, MadhyaPradesh, Ranjana is leading the way in bringing Bundeli’s unique sonic heritageto life.

Hailing from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and now based in the serene hills of Ooty, Tamil Nadu, Suyash brings a vibrant energy to our community. At 30 years old, this Hindi-speaking theatre practitioner and educator has an impressive 12 years of experience in performance and 6 years in professional teaching and personality development. With an M.Sc. in Film Production, Suyash has left his mark across theatre, television, and digital media, shining as an actor in three TV series, a writer-director for short documentaries, and a scriptwriter for a YouTube web series.
As a dedicated Theatre Arts teacher at a residential school in Ooty, Suyash crafts creative drama curricula for prestigious frameworks like the International Baccalaureate (IB), IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE, and Trinity College London. His passion for storytelling and nuanced performance makes him the perfect voice to bring the heart-chilling short story Vyatikram by Ramakant to life. As a valued participant in our ongoing voice workshops, Suyash’s contribution promises to captivate and resonate deeply with our audience.
