Commanders running back Austin Ekeler joins Lisa for a Commanders Conversation.

They talk about the hot start the Commanders are off to, the upcoming game against the Ravens, and how he's feeling after suffering a concussion earlier in the season.

Off the field, we learn about Austin's charitable foundation, the new app he is launching, and how he hates the word 'busy' and prefers the word 'active.' He is also a newlywed, getting married in Vegas during the off-season.

Jim Owen from the Beatles tribute band Classical Mystery Tour checks in with Lisa to talk about a special show coming to Capital One Hall in Tysons on Friday, November 8.

Classical Mystery Tour will be teaming up with the Fairfax Symphony for a 60th anniversary celebration of 'A Hard Day's Night' movie and soundtrack.

The first set will be songs from 'A Hard Day's Night' as well as other early Beatles songs performed by Classical Mystery Tour.

The second set will feature Classical Mystery Tour performing all eras of Beatles music with the Fairfax Symphony. Jim tells us what to expect that night, and what sets Classic Mystery Tour apart from other Beatles tribute shows.

Lisa asks him about getting the call to come to Washington, what it feels like to be the hero in his first week as a Commander, and how he envisions his role with the team this season.

Jeff Tremaine, director and producer of 'Nothin' But A Good Time: The Uncensored Story of '80s Hair Metal,' joins Lisa with the inside scoop on the series, which is streaming now on Paramount+.

Jeff shares some of the crazy stories he heard while doing this project, and revealed that he conducted many interviews at the M3 Rock Festival at Merriweather Post. Jeff grew up in the DMV in the Rockville/Potomac area.

Lisa and Jeff also talk about the longevity of some of the '80s bands, and how they finally seem to be getting respect after all these years.

Ellen Shannon, Executive Director for the National Capital Area Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide, drops by the BIG 100 studio.

She and Lisa talk about the upcoming 'Out of the Darkness' walks that are happening in our area. Lisa will be hosting the Fairfax walk on Sept. 29 at Fairfax City Hall.
