In der 13. Episode von Light Talks geht es um das mögliche Potenzial von Gleichstrom in der Industrie als Impuls für ein Vorankommen in der Energiewende. Thematisiert wird auch die DC Alliance als diesbezügliche Initiative sowie ein erstes Pilotprojekt von Zumtobel. Online zu Gast ist Professor Holger Borcherding, auch Gründervater der „Gleichstromfabrik“. Er ist Leiter der Forschergruppe Leistungselektronik in der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen Lippe sowie in Kooperation fachlicher Leiter des Forschungsbereichs Innovation der Lenze SE. Von Zumtobel mit dabei ist Birthe Bittner, Head of Application Management Industry.
