3: Embracing Discomfort: the rehab of my struggling friend

How do you train dogs? The same as I fix my friends.

Here is an interview with my friend. She has had a crappy year with the universe repeatedly beating her down. After a particularly bad day, where her palid skin hung off her face, I asked her if I could give her a nutritional intervention. She agreed and this pretty much into a human version of a board and train.

Here she speaks of her experience and her transformation. How her adventures and pushing through fear removed her anxieties, got her thinking clearer, and brought her back to life.
