Grief changes everything - your beliefs, your purpose, your sense of time. This podcast explores those changes through honest conversations with people who have lived through the unimaginable, as well as solo reflections from me on my own journey with loss.
Each week we share stories of what grief takes, what it gives, and how it reshapes the way we live. These conversations can be raw and difficult, but also full of love, laughter, and unexpected hope.
Because as we all know - life is too short.

On today's episode I speak with the the absolutley lovely Alex Lawson of CasaLawson.
She tells me about her lovely Dad who sadly passed away over 5 years ago. Diagnosed with terminal cancer, he faced a 7 month battle before passing away. We speak about the agony of watching a loved one dissapear before your eyes. How short life really is and that we shouldn't be putting our plans off, because the years aren't guarenteed. And she tells me about how her fiance "spoke" with her Dad before asking her to marry him.
This conversations shows the reality of grief and how grief not only changes us, but stays with us throughout our lives.
A very important conversation.
Thank you Alex x
