Break the cycle of anger and learn to sit with and accept the emotions that are with and appreciate its beauty in trying to direct you and communicate with you, that something is not right and needs to change. But forgive yourself for feeling anger. As it’s apart of the process and we wouldn’t be human without it. Some people just hide it better and act on anger in a more discreet way.

Single mums please remember your wanted by your child and that’s all that’s important and matters.
