In music, a definite no, you are still an infant after just over a year of learning music. So, what makes someone an expert on something?, it’s in industry-dependent.
You will still reach your destination, but rather in one piece. Your body always tells you when you’re not fine, listen to it & attend to the problem before continuing with your journey.
The size of the applause is not always indicative of the effort you put in. And if you keep waiting for that applause or approval you’ll never make any progress.
