Whatever is forced will fail. Flow with everything thrown your way and keep your smile. Life always works itself out so stop freaking out and keep it moving.

(It's been a while but I am back) Don't race to the finish line but make sure you're continuing to move forward! This is YOUR LIFE no one has power over YOU but YOU! OWN IT! Let the miserable be miserable, just don't join them.

It's time to face that part of you that ignores your emotional roller-coaster. When you experience more "bad" days than good you have to find out why. There's so much more that meets the eye that you're turning blind to. There's no better time than right now to dig deep and pull those ugly thoughts out of your mind. You are no longer that child-teen-adult that suffered from trauma and can't moved past it. You're a victor not a victim. Own up to emotional roller-coaster so you can face it & fix it.

Accomplishing your goals deserves appreciation. No matter if it's something small like cutting the grass or something more grand like buying a car they both are equally important. Give appreciation to any and everything that you accomplish even if it's taking a day off of everything to just do nothing. Doing nothing for a day is good and necessary for being and staying the best version of yourself. Tune in for some more raw and real car ride airing.

(RECORDING IN THE RAIN)- Everyone at some point lives with regret(s). Whether it's regretting something you did do or something you didn't do, regret surrounds us. Many times unwillingly. There's no benefit holding on to how things could of went differently. Your soul becomes weakened when you don't let things go. So let go of the regret. Your growth needs you to.

We all have second guessed ourselves one time or another. But why? Where was your confidence at that moment? Make it a point to listen to the signs the Universe shows you. Don't hold back on yourself. Be confident in all that you do. Let confidence radiate off of you, even throughout any darkness you experience. Be mindful of your angel numbers. Pay attention to what they are trying to tell you. When you see them focus on what it is you that you're doing, thinking or saying at that very moment! All the answers you need lie within you!

At times we are so wrapped up in all of lifes doings. All of our goals and chores etc. We must do this, we must do that. In the midst of that go-go-go lifestyle we begin to neglect and disconnect from the biggest part of our lives, our breath and our body. Our body talks and we don't listen. We need to listen. We need to pay attention to the simple yet so powerful aspects of our life. Without breath there is no life. Get connected- stay connected.

Many times the reason why we can't see the light in the dark is because we don't have any room for the good. Holding onto negative thoughts and memories take up alot of space. You have to make the room for the good to shine and you do so by letting things go for good! Holding onto those moments that do not serve your higher self is just creating road blocks in your path. You're stuck because you won't let go. It's time to make room!

Every moment matters. Your present moment matters the most. What you do on a day to day bases should consist of solely being present with whatever it is that you are doing. When you brush your teeth, when you shower, when you are hanging out with your loved ones. Stop losing focus of your here and now. Stop reliving yesterday, stop trying to live for tomorrow or next months vacation. Be present right here-with right now always.

Day one of my second 5 @ 5 challenge. At the end of my practice commitment and loyalty spoke to me. We all want others to be loyal and committed to us. But are we practicing what we are preaching? Are we not only loyal and committed to them but are we being just that for ourselves. We can not keep asking of others things that we are not even giving to ourselves first. Our actions need to start matching our words. Tune in for some organic mental flow.

Who supports you on your successes? Who do you support? When someone shares a story on their success how do you react? No matter the size or strength of your support system you can not take it for granted. Even if you are your own support system don't forget to show gratitude. Those people that are never happy for you, those that constantly remind you of when you lacked growth need to have limited availability to your space. Your highest self will thank you later!

Be good to yourself. Be nice. Be kind. Treat your body with respect. If someone or something doesn't serve you any good then why keep them around? You can not reach your highest vibration if you do not remove those aspects of your life that hold negative weight. Stop giving people chance after chance to show you why they do not deserve to be apart of your life. Self love comes with sacrifice. Know when it's time to let go and let go.

Have you ever found yourself needing someone else to hold you accountable for your actions and decisions? Like can you only workout if someone else does it with you? If so, you need to figure out where that root and stems from and yank it out! Plant a new seed of accountability. Plant that seed of you being the person that holds you accountable. Water that seed, grow into a new way of living. Being responsible for you on a day to day basis. Holding yourself accountable for the new and improved you!

Why not start your own challenge? Do something new and invigorating for 5 days! Hold yourself accountable and journal how you feel after each day. The more productive your patterns and routines become, the more profound your life remains. If you want a clear mind, if you want to sleep better at night, if you want to not get so ticked off at the little things. You must challenge yourself to change. You have to work at clearing your mind. What works for you may not work for everyone. But something does work for you and you have to figure it out. Do it your way and focus only on your way of doing it! There's no right or wrong way of being productive.

How many times has one said "I love myself" but yet does nothing to prove it!? One way to prove to yourself that you truly love YOU is by moving your body. There's positive and powerful energy that is held in your body that remains trapped the less you move. Trapped energy doesn't allow for your soul to grow! You don't need to be an expert at walking or jogging to do it. Just do it by being confident in your expression of movement.
