episode 7 “you have to become self-obsessed to change your life…and here’s why” There is still plenty of time to make change and achieve our goals as we enter the we enter the final four months of 2023. I call it my self obsession era. I found that anytime I would experience feeling of stagnancy, contention, contrast and issues I had throughout this year (and my life overall), the common thread seemed to be how much time and energy I would expend on circumstances external to me and entirely out of control. As I continue to grasp the importance of internal peace and a strong unshakable mindset, I recognise how we should just shift the obsession we have with controlling everything around us to and stronger obsession with self and centring ourselves and our needs in our lives. You think you’re doing it, but you’re not! Most of us pour from an empty cup and need to get better at minding our own business! SOCIALS Instagram & TikTok: @adrenefw
