How I came out of it?
Like most sincere thinkers I too strongly opine that open minds are always got to be conditional on the grace of an open heart.
Whatever may be the conditions, we pray to God never let this happen and let the present world remain as it is now.
More or less every one of my age has an old Nana (Maternal Grandfather) and all such Nanas look or behave near alike and at par with their age and maturity, but my Nana Mr. Sampat Mishra is a unique piece of a human being whom the Almighty God must have created with a different plan.
I can bet a fortune that this topic is bound to provoke serious thoughts in each and every mind of this gathering of viewers and listeners :)
A year later, even the planet where we stay will be at the same place because of its constant elliptical motion with no specific goal but only few driving forces at the center to make it revolve rather than stay stationary. Hence, for me a bifurcation made based on the level of goals in the journey of each individual soul whom we meet should not any day be the criteria to judge. In fact, a judgmental nature which has been nourished with a comparative approach is itself one of the lamest state of mind one can ever have. So, let us save this capability of judgement for the fields and areas where they don’t sound lame. Probably my level ten may be your level one or someone else’s level twenty, this itself proves the very thought of sub-categorization as lame when it comes to knowing someone’s journey, where in my opinion sharing the varied experiences of the journey from A to be B with the one from X to Y will bring more bliss to the entire task and will also positively justify our DNA of being a social animal. Saying that, when it comes to judging yourself then the concept of level can of course be applied since there is only one reference of the starting point and as a part of self-awareness one should at least be capable enough to define his own displacements from their reference origin at different stages of their lives. Similarly, by this time I am also able to find myself averagely displaced from my origin where I judged myself eligible enough to share few fragments of my journey in a way that will allow the readers to connect with me since I find my life as a very common one which comprises of a child hood in a middle class family, an engineering degree from a private college, a job in IT and a life partner. I think I don’t further need more words to convince you all regarding the commonness I own. But the different points of view by every individual on this earth regarding these common experiences vary that results into several forms of delivery of these experiences. I hope the method of my delivery in the form of this assignment will keep you engaged for a while and will produce some sort of connection with me. There are neither big methods explained here, nor I know the art of living, I just pushed myself to find time from this busy schedule and took an initiative to feel few of my simple life experiences starting from the childhood till date. These experiences are not at all involving any adventure or game changing feelings that changed my entire life, I am still the same as any other common fellow but the only thing which may prove me as different from few of the youngsters of this country is my plan for the next phase of my life and the conclusions which I drew from all these experiences mentioned in this assignment.
A number of myths were broken during this visit. Men can survive and live happily without electricity. There is no dearth of entertainment in the remote places. Village people enjoy much better health conditions than the urban folks. Urban materialism lacks the feeling of affectionate and innocent selfless love. So, this visit of a remote and powerless village was a boon in disguise to me and proved to be an eye opener on myths and ground reality.
The state of childhood is the one where the person probably has the highest level of focus, curiosity and energy. Both mind as well as the body is fresh and ready to face different experiences. The innocence, parental guidance and truthfulness of the kid makes him a great picker till the time he has not come across any disastrous experience. An experience or a bunch of experiences that have the power to turn your innocence into maturity varies from person to person. There are a few kids who were unlucky enough to quit childhood at an early age of may be six or seven due to occurrence of certain unpleasant experiences at an early stage of their lives. As far as my case is concerned, I was fortunate enough to stay away from any game changing experience and for me, life was just like any other normal kid with good people and well-wishers around. I don’t know whether my thought will be understood by you all, but do you feel the same sense of purity as I do by remembering your childhood? The mind automatically compares our current state with the one we are thinking about and whenever I think about my childhood I feel that the life was far better and peaceful than it is now. Although freedom of doing wrong is more here in the current state but we all know peaceful attainment is possible only post avoidance of a wrong activity.
So, let the privatization not be a victim of mistaken identity. It is not our ego but the welfare of education that should be kept above all premonitions, because according to Swami Vivekananda “Education is a debt due from the presence to the future generation”. And we have to repay our debt by all means.
Sometimes its really unbelievable to the fact that ones luck can within a span of a day's fortune can put you to a perfect launching situation to enable help yourself grow up as a perfect human being.
This violence induced social contamination is got to be curbed forthwith. If we do not wake up in time, we may lament in the times to come. It is a mammoth’s task but not unachievable. Easy or difficult, each of us has the social obligation to contribute towards mending the ways of our future citizens. Putting a wise and astute rider on reporting violence can do the magical transformation and make the media more gratifying.
Sharing a personal life experience in the form of a story here after which I realized that first impression probably is not the last impression and we may have to wait even an era, as there may be "many persons dwelling withing a single person".
When it comes to experiencing the feeling of finding a loved one completely absent, physically who used to be there sometime before, I am sufficiently a good experience holder, of course far less than a soldier on the war front. The more we experience this feeling the more we get convinced with this very ancient Vedic fact that our existence in this universe is just equivalent to that of a bubble on a pond or a blink or a clap or a sneeze or anything which is too short in its occurrence. I find it strange as well as interesting that there is no parameter as much varied as “time”. An average person lives and dies within seventy to eighty years, in this span of time he grows up and ages, his organs develop as well as start going weak, basically this complete life span is a bell-shaped graph which assumptive ends up at the level from where it originated. For any other organism, this life span may be higher or lesser, hypothetically assuming celestial bodies to be living, then the life span for them may be exponentially higher than ours. Hence, measurement of time varies with its frame of reference. Even after knowing this concept, an hour will remain an hour for us but at least this thought may sound cool enough to realize this interesting fact that life is too small to stay in misery since the time wheel is rotating in its normal pace and the moment we start entering into the process of unrevealing various mysteries of this universe, this complete life span that is availed to us will start appearing to be shorter day by day. Basically, a human curiosity and capacity to explore is inversely proportional to the scope of its frame towards time. Hence, let’s be more exploration by nature and feel each compression and rarefaction which is taking place throughout the journey of this bubble till it bursts.
World wide it has become a regular feature and mostly in all developed cities book fairs are held once or twice a year to create familiarity with the source of knowledge. With the rapid growth of other informative electronic mediums live television, internet etc. , the habit of reading books is gradually diminishing and number of book lovers is decreasing day by day.
Wisdom lies in the minds of the adopters of Western Culture. We can certainly not escape fully from the impact of western cultures, but we can surely scrutinize and filter out things in it and accordingly make our own style of function, so hat we are able to make the western culture useful for us and differentiate what is wrong and what is right for us.
A warning from today's youth for all profession religion practitioners. There is no more scope left for be fooling us, so please either you mend your ways or wind up your bags and baggage out of our arena.
Let us all pledge to combat over-commercialization on our festivals and keep the aroma of traditional festivity alive in further times to come.
I am going to express my views for the topic “Animals should be used for scientific researches” Human beings are much more superior to the other living organisms; therefore some animal sacrifices are but unavoidable for the good of humanity. Any kind of restrictions on it is not logical and reasonable.
