1. If I hadn't done the work on myself, there wouldn't have been a connection

2.be available for connection

3.happy little accidents

4.energetic signaling

5.having a curious mind such a powerful tool

6.there's more to the world than just the physical

7.analytical mindedness

8.numbers don't give the full picture

9.we're on a spiritual journey

10.we're drawn to the right things at the right time

11.not being ready is okay too

12.being with a tantrum of your child is being a spiritual warrior

13.It's for me, it's not happening to me, it's happening for me.

15.if you need help it's not a problem. it's very brave

16.anyone can embrace the journey & learn to be brave, being brave is who you are

17.you start out terrified and scared, but you get through the day

18.the cumulative effect of being brave is powerful

19.knowing this was my path and that I'd benefit and learn from it to gently remind yourself

20.taking small steps is the way to go

21.making sure you have support around you

22.traveling and doing fun activities become great memories

23.we don't know the answer until something happens

24.full and unconditional love is fully letting go

25.I don't think we're designed to do this alone (say goodbye to a loved one)

26.Ask for a sign for what you need to hear & it will be given. In those dark moments, what we do is we DEMAND help. And you're in the spirit that it's going to come.

27.Two ways to live: as if nothing is a miracle or as if everything is. No matter how much you might not want to be where you are, ask how can this be a gift for the woman I'm becoming? We all are the heroes on our own journey.

28.Sometimes the hero needs to ask for help too and that's okay
