Bonjour, je m'appelle ouardia, j'ai découvert ce monde merveilleux du développement personnel il y a 4 ans, et depuis je n'arrête pas d'apprendre de nouvelles choses sur mon système de croyances, mon subconscient, sur le self-love. J'ai donc créé ce podcast pour partager avec toi mes prises de conscience, et ce que j'apprends chaque jour pour t'aider à t'épanouir, à développer ton amour propre, et à bien te traiter et surtout prendre soin de ta santé mentale. Je j'ai certainement te partager plus que ça , tout ce qui fait partie de mon monde, reste au rendez vous 😉
