We are at odds with a lot of different people and places some we know about and some are silent and beware of the people who are extra happy to have you eat at their restaurant. You don’t want to eat anything that have you developing kidney disease or anything else so cook your own food at home at least you can trust that or just be careful.

We all need a back up plan and if you don’t have one then you should think about one.
