Money talk on the podcast? Yup, finally! 🩵
In this episode, I’m opening up about something I don’t usually share here: my finances. I realized that when we talk about keeping moving in life, finances play such a huge role especially with how much they’re tied to our mental health and peace of mind.
This isn’t financial advice, it’s just what works for me, and maybe it could spark something helpful for you too. Let’s talk about security, freedom, faith, and the balance between saving, spending, and investing.

Not every open door is meant for you… and sometimes, the hardest part is walking away from one that seems perfect.
In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve been learning during my OJT season, about making big decisions in my 20s, choosing values over titles, and why some opportunities (no matter how easy or “safe”) still aren’t the right fit. I’ll talk about three types of doors: the ones that look good but aren’t right, the safe ones that might hold you back, and the ones that are hard to open but worth pushing through.

If you're in that in-between season, unsure, maybe even panicking a little, this one’s for you. I’m walking you through 5 truths that have helped me shift how I see purpose… and I hope they lift some of the pressure off your shoulders too.
Because your purpose isn’t just one thing you find... it's who you're becoming along the way.

Discipline used to feel like pressure. Waking up at 5AM, pushing myself to do hard things just to “prove” I could stay consistent. But in this episode, I’m sharing how my view of discipline has softened over time. I talk about the small shifts I’ve been making to build routines that feel like love, not punishment.
If you’re in your 20s like me, trying to juggle growth, healing, purpose, and everyday life, this conversation is for you.

In this episode, I’m sharing a message that has just sit with me today, about stepping out of the boat and into the unknown. I talk about how Peter took that first brave step toward Jesus, and how maybe, just maybe, God is waiting for us to do the same. It’s not always easy especially when we don’t feel ready, or when it seems safer to just stay where we are. But sometimes, the miracle we’re praying for begins with the courage to move, even when we’re scared.
Trusting God's plan doesn’t mean it’ll always be comfortable, but it does mean He’s already gone before us. If you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure, or afraid to take that next step, I hope this episode gives you the push (and peace) you’ve been needing.

This episode is straight from my heart to yours because if you’re in your 20s or in a season where everything feels uncertain, I get it. I’ve been having one of those weeks where I’m questioning everything- my direction, my timing, my decisions. And I wanted to create the exact episode I wish I had during those quiet, overthinking nights at 1 AM. In this one, I’m sharing what I’ve been learning about responsibility, comparison, and the power of changing your mind… especially when life doesn’t go the way you planned.

Today’s episode is probably one of the most vulnerable ones I’ve done. I’m opening up about my real and messy journey with forgiveness especially the kind that doesn’t come easy. This isn’t about small misunderstandings… this is about the big betrayals, the heartbreaks that changed the way you love and trust, and the kind of wounds that stay with you for a long time. I’ll be sharing 3 hard but healing lessons I personally held onto while navigating forgiveness for people I honestly thought I’d never forgive.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing some reflections after attending yet another life-changing retreat. I went into it feeling a little lost, unsure if I had anything left to give but I left feeling so full.
Sometimes, we think we’re not ready to support others because of what we’re going through, but God always finds a way to remind us of how powerful, purposeful, and light-filled we are.

We’re talking about something that a lot of people struggle with... trust. But not just trust in others… trust in yourself. Maybe you’ve already forgiven those who hurt you, but deep down, you’re still dealing with the aftermath of not listening to your gut, ignoring red flags, or betraying your own needs just to keep the peace. And that’s where the real wound lives, not in what they did, but in how we stopped trusting ourselves because of it.

I realized fear isn’t always trying to stop us, it just wants to be heard. So today, we’re talking about how to listen to our fear without letting it lead. Whether it's fear of failure, rejection, or not being good enough, I hope this episode helps you name it, face it, and move through it. Because even with fear, you’re still deserving of the life you and God have talked about.

Today’s episode comes from a moment of reflection after watching one of my favorite sermons from Elevation Church. I’ve been asking myself a big question lately, “am I truly happy?” And maybe you’ve been there too. We’re so used to chasing happiness like it’s the goal, but I’m learning that there’s something deeper, something more steady and that is joy. Together, we’ll talk about the difference between the two and why joy is something we can actually choose, even when life feels heavy.

In this episode I’m letting you in on something really personal. I just came from a celebration, finally done with a big chunk of school and yet, I’ve been feeling all sorts of emotions. Joy, pressure, fear, hope… all at once. I know I’m not the only one who’s ever felt like they’re supposed to be happy but still overwhelmed. So today, I want to talk about how I’m learning to hold both (gratitude and anxiety) and how the simple truth that “this will pass” has been saving me again and again.
If you’re in a season where everything feels heavy, where you're trying to figure out what’s next while still carrying what’s now, I want you to know you're not alone. This one’s for anyone who feels a little lost in transition

In this episode, I’m letting you in on something personal — Jurenz and I just hit our 7th year together. It wasn’t fancy; I was with frogs, he was with his reviewers (classic us 😂). And as I reflect on our relationship, I realized how much we’ve grown, not just as a couple but as individuals. We got together so young, with no checklist, no big plans, just a gut feeling that he was God-sent. And now, looking back, I see how our personalities— though not matching, somehow complement each other in the best ways.
I also wanted to dive deeper into something that helped me understand relationships better: personality types. We talk about openness, neuroticism, agreeableness, and all that juicy stuff. But more importantly, I ask this — are we willing to compromise and optimize for the right person? Because real love isn’t just about having all your standards met — it’s about growing with someone who chooses you every day, not just for who you are now, but also for who you’re becoming.

Today’s episode is a heart-to-heart about something many of us struggle with but rarely talk about out loud— friendships that drift, fade, or end. I’m sharing a message from a listener, a story from my own recollections, and the honest truth that not all friendships are meant to last forever — and that’s okay.
If you’ve ever wondered why certain friendships slipped away or how to navigate the grief of losing friends without losing yourself, this one’s for you.

Today, we’re diving into something we all have to face at some point— dealing with difficult people. Whether it’s classmates, coworkers, family, or even strangers, handling tough personalities can seriously drain your energy if you’re not careful.
In this episode, I’m sharing real stories, lessons I’m still learning, and a few practical ways to protect your peace without losing yourself in the process. Because the truth is: not everyone will understand you—and that’s okay.
If you’re struggling with someone right now, I hope this feels like a big exhale for your soul. You're not alone in this. 💙

I just finished my very first half-marathon, and honestly? It still feels surreal. I was never the sporty type, and growing up, I never imagined this body—my bulky calves, my slow pace, my insecurities—would carry me through 21 kilometers. But it did. And today, I want to share with you the story behind this run, what it taught me, and how it completely changed the way I see myself.
In this episode, we’ll talk about the power of pushing past your limits, why pain isn’t always a bad thing, and how the things we’re most insecure about can actually be our greatest strengths. If you’ve ever doubted what you’re capable of, I hope this reminds you: you’re stronger than you think, and your body is always rooting for you—even when your mind isn’t.
