Today, we dive into some techniques on how to actually start observing your thoughts rather than identifying and attaching to them. It's not about controlling your thoughts - it's abut noticing when they are controlling you.
This episode was inspired by current themes within the LGD Mindset Coaching community currently as well as my own reflections and insights throughout my first challenge of this year.
There's something special and profound about being able to accept, embrace and surrender to when a thought arrives without attaching to it, before it inevitably passes on.
It is my hope that through listening and through practice, learning this skill will bring you closer to being able to access internal peace whenever you need.
