I want the listeners to know for my very first podcast how leadership works and also how public speaking can factor into all of that.  The other part of this episode lists and example of some leaders with their different leadership qualities and how they got to where they are in history.  Emphasis is important about how leaders can affect those around us and how others can perceive that style.
