π₯ Define your ICP and start engaging with thought-leaders within your ICP. It's not about engaging with your ICP or buyer personas but people they are following already and engaging with.
π₯ Engage with comments on posts from those thought leaders and start conversations with your ICP from there.
π₯ Send meaningful and personalized messages to your ICP based on the comment you did on posts
π₯ Be consistent. It takes time but be consistent with your posts and engagement on #LinkedIn
π₯ Quality over quantity. Stop adding people like crazy to your LinkedIn and add "Quality" and "Meaningful" connections with your network
π₯ "The Comment and Send Post" > Provide value, offer an e-book or something useful to your network, get them to comment and connect with you to get it. Great way to get extra reach and extra connections.
π₯ Your goal is to get inbound connections over outbound ones.
π₯ Be youself. It's ok to ask for help and get a psychologist, therapists or someone to get through pressure
