This Podcast is truly a special one. Unlike many people, I was an average guy. An average guy with average looks, average life, average motivation to do things and just being average at everything.
I didn't have any motivation, clarity and direction of what i'll do in life but then something happened. Some switch inside of me turned on and I started doing podcasting. Now I have no idea of whether this will work out or not, but atleast I have something to look forward for.
In this conversation, I sit alone and just chat with you guys as I reach 200 subscribers on YouTube on who I am as a person, how my life has been and how did podcasting reach my books.
Thank you guys for the support you've shown me :)
In this episode, I had a lively and insightful conversation with Arya Sohoni, an upcoming fitness content creator who has been passionately building his brand for the last 2-2.5 years. 🌟 Arya shared his journey of creating fitness content, what motivates him, and some of the challenges he has faced along the way. We also dived into the lighter side of his life, with amusing and funny stories about him and his friends that had us laughing throughout the episode. 😂
One of the standout moments was Arya's recounting of a particularly intense and scary experience he had while visiting Dharavi, one of India’s largest slums. His vivid storytelling brought to life the realities and contrasts of the environment, offering a unique perspective. 🏙️
We didn’t just stop at fitness or stories — Arya also opened up about his personal life. We talked about his relationships with his family and how his upbringing shaped him. He reflected on the importance of his friendships, sharing how his close friends have supported him through his journey. 👨👩👦👦
We also touched on the differences between living in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, exploring how these cities offer different experiences and lifestyles, from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai’s fast-paced life to the more laid-back vibe of Ahmedabad. 🏙️🌇
This episode has everything — humor, inspiration, personal stories, and deeper reflections. Whether you're into fitness, personal growth, or just love a good conversation, this episode is packed with relatable insights and feel-good moments. Tune in for a chat that’s equal parts fun and meaningful!

In this episode of Lalu Talks, I sat down with my friend Hitarth, an upcoming rapper who recently released his song "Khwab" and is currently working on his rap album. Hitarth is not only diving into the world of rap but is also a content creator exploring different platforms.
We had a great conversation about his content creation journey and took a deep dive into the rap and music culture of India. We talked about the major players in the scene like Yo Yo Honey Singh, Badshah, Krsna, Raftaar, MC Stan, and Emiway, and even covered the iconic beefs that shaped the industry.
On top of that, we reminisced about the days when we were dance partners, along with Vansh, and the fun times we had. It was an insightful and nostalgic conversation!
