So for a while I was in Isolation, I was pretty much operating in solitude and only did a lot of things alone. That is great because I learned a lot but I realized how much having great people in my life can alter my brain chemistry and give me a sense of belonging and also help me to express suppressed emotions and see new perspectives.
Short episode but deep feels.

Sometimes we don't realize how much we are overworking our body and mind until we get to the point of burnout, remember to take a break and learn to sit in silence and tune out some of the noise. Remember to just 'Be' instead of 'Do'. You are a human at the end of the day, there is so much you can do and take until you destroy yourself.

The day I decided to choose me and stop putting my time and energy building other things was the day that I got my freedom. Centering relationships and other people will take the focus off of what you really want to achieve in life. Remember the energy of creation is within you and you have the opportunity to live the life that you desire if you choose where to put your energy.
