Agathe Dreo, a French national, is the HR Partner for France at Amaris Consulting and a member of the executive committee. With a Master’s degree in Labor Law from the University of Rennes, she has been with the company since November 2016, initially as a Legal HR Advisor. She now leads the HR team, overseeing compensation strategies, C&B policies, and compliance with French labor regulations. She plays a key role in labor negotiations, diversity and inclusion strategies, and collective agreement drafting.

Thomas PETIT – Joined in January 2015
Thomas Petit, a French national, has been part of Amaris Consulting since January 2015, contributing to the company’s growth over the past decade. He currently serves as a Director, overseeing business strategy, operations, and team management. Throughout his career at Amaris, he has held multiple leadership roles, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager, Department Manager, Operational Director, and now Director. Thomas is an Audencia Business School alumnus (2013-2015), Thomas specializes in corporate strategy, P&L management, recruitment, and operational leadership.

Paolo SELICE – Joined in March 2019
Paolo Selice, an Italian national, is the Operational Director at Amaris Consulting in Italy. With a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Trento, he joined Amaris in March 2019 as a Manager in the IS & Digital division, expanding Amaris’ presence in Turin. He progressed to Senior Manager, Department Manager, and now oversees nationwide operations, leading three divisions: IS & Digital, Engineering, and Life Sciences.

Joana FERRARIA – Joined in 2013
Joana Ferraria, a Portuguese national, is a Director at Amaris Consulting, where she has been for nearly 11 years, having joined in 2013. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Lusófona and began her career as a Technical Consultant in IT, breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Having progressed from Department Manager to Operational Director, she now leads business operations and strategy in Lisbon and Oporto, specializing in key performance management and executive leadership. She is also a trainer at Amaris/Mantu, dedicated to sharing knowledge and empowering professionals with her expertise.

Marie Buffet, from France, is an Operational Director at Amaris Consulting, where she has worked since 2017. She graduated from INSA Lyon with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Amandine LAFEUILLE PREVITALI – Joined in July 2015
Amandine Lafeuille Previtali, a French HR leader, has been with Mantu since July 2015. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS. She started as an HR Officer in Italy before expanding her responsibilities to Turkey, Benelux, and the Nordic countries. In 2024, she extended her scope to Asia, playing a crucial role in shaping Mantu’s global HR strategy.

Ophélie MAIGNE – Joined in October 2019
Ophélie Maigne, a French national, has been part of Amaris Consulting since October 2019, building a strong career in business and consulting. Starting first in Spain in the Madrid Office, she is currently serving as Operational Director in Chile, she oversees operational activities, business development, and team management. She has played a key role in expanding Amaris’ presence in Chile from 10 to more than 200 employees, but also in others LATAM countries (Colombia, Perou), managing client relationships, financial forecasting, and leading teams of consultants across multiple sectors such as Retail, Finances & Energy in digital and technological transformation projects.
As graduate of Audencia Business School (2014-2018), she specialized in digital marketing, product management, and international business strategy. With expertise in strategy, recruitment, and IT & digital consulting, she continues to drive Amaris Consulting’s growth in Latin America.
Vincent RUAULT – Joined in September 2022
Vincent Ruault, from France, is a Financial Partner at Amaris Consulting. A graduate of Grenoble École de Management with a degree in Accounting and Finance, he joined Amaris in September 2022 as a Financial Partner for LATAM. In 2024, he expanded his role to oversee the entire Americas region (LATAM & NORAM). Based in Medellín, he manages financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and financial controlling for multiple countries.
