More then we are willing to admit, our desires and authority lead us to idol conformity. Elevating any idol above God, Jesus looks at us and says, "NAH, I disagree!" It's about Jesus' authority and he can free us from idol conformity. Leading us to true freedom and peace in life, over anything we place as an idol.
Join us and listen as we look at Jesus calling us and the religious leaders away from idols we've placed in our life.

Would we rather look good then be good? So often we focus on the outside but the inside is filthy. This is backwards, and Jesus looks at us and says, "NAH, I disagree, it's first about cleaning the inside and then the outside."
Join us and listen as we look at Jesus calling the Pharisees and us out, telling us we need healing, cleaning, and refining inside of our lives before the outside.

Sometimes it's not so easy to hear, and hearing matters but truthfully we hear all the time and it never transforms us. Hearing God matters but listening to God matters more.
Listen as we read about a boy named Samuel and how he moved from hearing God to listening to God. God desires for us to seek Him, listen to Him and obey Him.

The Bible wasn't given to us by God to just be a school textbook to fill us up with information. The Bible is meant to help mold, shape and grow us like Jesus. The Bible is not irrelevant or lacking but powerful and helpful.
Faith is essential to our salvation, our walk and everything with Jesus Christ. So what is your claim to faith? There are different kinds of faith but only one that truly saves, rescues and restores, according to James.
