Presenting to you a handful of random musical selections from the last century against another batch of random music created in this decade by the people who were born in the last century - except Mr. Richard Wagner who wrote the piece of music in the middle of the film 'Tristan & Isolde' in 1857 on a piano. WHAT IS MUSIC? The kinetic twin: sound and image of the image the sound is made and of sounds we make music so in the music there must be imagery and if the imagery is not in the music inscribed in sound, in pitch, in rhthmn, in melody then it doesn't move my spirit. There is so much vacant stimulation for the body and our physical senses, which by now is just the hardware, the property of the market wherever you are in the world.. Music can't be intellectualised or it ends up being just plain bollocks [John Zorn]. Also music can't be just entertaining, because there is room for the dance of ideas and sensual traits of music to merge and move you, not the apes. What is music?
