We all had issues growing up. There are things we wished we never experienced. We had dreams and aspirations and we had real fears about the future . But looking back, we realize that that inner child in us needs healing. If I had the chance to go back in time, I’d hold that 13 year old me’s hand and tell her she was going to be just alright. I would give her so many hugs and tell her it was okay. That it gets better. ❤️
And so, I hope you can sit down with your younger self and tell him or her that IT’S OKAY, it gets better.
Enjoy the episode 🤗❤️
