Period poverty is at an all-time high globally with millions of menstruators suffering. Imprisoned individuals are fighting to receive adequate menstrual equity and battle through a variety of barriers to acquiring the care they deserve. In this episode, we speak with Regan Moss, a menstrual education and period poverty advocate and public health professional, regarding her work to redefine menstrual equity in prisons.
