About Mark Ross:
Mark is a Marine Corps veteran who witnessed his life slowly go downhill after suffering from PTSD. He became more withdrawn and suicidal, struggling with reintegrating into mainstream society. His daughter’s birth gave him a reason to live, keep fighting and eventually reach out to the Veterans’ Affairs to get help. After years of dealing with PTSD, he made it his mission to help other veterans seek help for their issues and in 2023, I started the Mark Ross Podcast to provide individuals with a safe space to speak out on their stories, in an attempt to spread the message that THEY ARE NOT ALONE!!
