From an old short writing I made applying to a Grad Program. This is my version of a shorter/quicker podcast that's easier to listen to with a busy schedule. Every moment has value whether it's temporary or permanent, we should always value our time spent working and ensure it doesn't go to waste. What I want to add here that I hadn't thought of when writing are the situations where training robots makes more sense. When I heard of cave diving in an SYSK Podcast I thought immediately that this would be a wise use of robotic technology, especially to save lives. However Al may very well be focused on jobs that prevent climbing the social ladder financially. When one becomes rich they may actually bring a few partners by throwing the rope down, but eventually they'll want to cut it off from the other interested climbers. If however the climbers helped grow the tree, even fertilizing the earth it grew on with the dead bodies of their babies & elders it looks and is much worse. This is the reason Al needs to have a large hiring of minority groups to tackle issues that will otherwise be ignored by default. At some point in our lives we will want to be honest and real in as many ways possible; why wait when you can start now? If any of this podcast offends anyone I'd like to hear why from the person so I can properly address the issue personally. Thanks again for listening! check back for more asap
