Ashley shares about the painful things she went through as a child (moving from South Korea to the States at a young age, family trauma, & heavy cultural expectations) that lead to her throwing down on the D floor while she was doing her undergrad in California. Hear about how God came through for her family and how it lead to Ashley surrendering everything to Jesus, which included giving up her boujee California life to be a full-time missionary, yet she shares that the hardest part of surrendering to God was (dun dun dunnnnn) forgiving her dad for the pain he caused her when she was growing up.
